The workflow
Accepted scope → delivery checks → independent review → customer handover
Watch the 21-second walkthrough
Transcript: Staff complete the delivery checks and prepare scope documents. The reviewer returns the handover with a recorded correction. The revised handover is approved; the customer can inspect the pack. Customer confirmation completes the project and retains its decision trail.
Silent clip assembled from actual fictional demonstration interaction states.
About this project
A self-initiated WS3 concept using invented organisations and sample data, not a client case study. Use sample information only.
Saved workspace: this public preview keeps its project and order records in your browser’s local storage. The four entry points share that workspace. You can replace it using the scenario menu; clearing browser data also removes it. A basket remains temporary until submitted.
Roles and integrations: the customer, staff and reviewer switches let you explore each part of the journey. They are not real user authentication. Accounting responses are simulated locally; no live account, email, payment or notification service is connected. Downloaded PDFs are demonstration documents.
Checks: scope validation, version-specific quote acceptance, review permissions, handover gates, company pricing, stock revalidation and duplicate-safe accounting retries are implemented. A separately tested server version adds persistent records, server-enforced role capabilities and a controlled HTTP accounting sandbox; it is not connected to this public preview.
For a live implementation: agree the real rules, ownership and commercial terms; connect verified identities, authorised systems and delivery notifications; set retention, monitoring, backups and support appropriate to the project.
